"It is with great enthusiasm that I support the efforts of the Minnesota Walleye Alliance in maintaining the rich tradition of Walleye fishing in Minnesota.  The future of Walleye fishing depends a great deal on education, conservation and environmental respect.  Through the efforts of the Minnesota Walleye Alliance, we can expand Minnesota's walleye fishery and improve its future."

Al Lindner, Founder In-Fisherman

"Anglers from across the country come to Minnesota to experience the endless variety of fishing opportunities.  Working with the DNR will enhance fishing through better conservation practices by reducing limits and imposing size restrictions to keep the state's fisheries sound.  We need more dedicated anglers promoting fishing and the Walleye fisheries."

Gary Roach, Professional Walleye Fisherman

"Minnesota has the nation's best water quality and Walleye habitat.  I'm certain the Walleye fishing could be much better if people get involved.  The Minnesota Walleye Alliance is a vital part of the solution to enhance the state's fisheries."

Dick Sternberg, Fisheries Biologist
